Bing.ca If you haven't tried it already, I encourage you to test-drive the new Bing.ca, a new search engine with a few interesting tricks up its sleeve -- now including hotspots on that main picture that gives you additional info, factoids and links.

Not sure if you've had to try out Bing.ca, but it features a handful of cool advantages over Google, including segregated results (into categories) to help you find what you're looking for faster, quick answers to queries (example: type in "weather" and it'll give you weather based on where you are) and a gorgeous near full-screen photo to gawk at -- now with a new twist.

If you've visited Bing.ca on a daily basis then you've no doubt noticed a huge photo of a place on earth that takes up most of the screen. This "skin" changes daily and now Bing.ca has added hotspot information on four areas of the photo you can hover your mouse over for additional info and facts and links to related websites.

The one today, of the Lourve at night (see photo), features hotspots that gives you other neat information about museums, Paris, architecture and more.

It's very cool, an something to look forward to each day. Check it out.
